Alcohol and Drugs Using Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy to specify First National company(FNC) Safety Requirement for Using Alcohol and Drugs

2. Scope

This policy applies When ever an employee is on or in company Property, surrounding grounds and parking lots, leased or rented space. in any vehicle used on company business/sales functions we believe may adversely affect our operations safety, reputation or the administration of this policy.

3. Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of all FNC Employees to comply with this policy

4. Procedure

4.1 FNC is committed to a safe, healthy and productive workplace for employees.

4.2 Company recognize that alcohol, drugs, or other substances abuse by employees impairs their ability to perform properly and has serious adverse effects on the safety, efficiency and productivity of employees.

4.3 An employee must not possess, use, transfer, offer, or be under the influence of alcohol while at work or on Company Business including using alcohol prior to reporting to work, during breaks or meal periods, or in conjunction with any Company activities, expect social or business events where Company management has authorized the moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages

4.4 Employees who taking Over-The-Counter(OTC) Medication which have side effects affect the ability of the employees to perform work in safe manner must report to HSE Representative

4.5 Any employees or contractors working under the influence od alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed from the work site to an area designated by site supervisor for evaluation

4.6 FNC employees should not possess any Drugs Paraphernalia or Alcohol containers at FNC work sites

4.7 Violation of this policy will lead to disciplinary action including termination
